Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you are enjoying the holiday with family and friends. During this time of year, I love the smell of baking goodies in the kitchen while listening to holiday tunes. It’s really the only time of the year when I want to bake anything. I invited a few friends over and decided to make a vegan cake for my vegan friend. I was very diligent about reading every food label to ensure that there was absolutely no animal product. I absolutely enjoyed making this for my friend.
